To create a systematic procedure for Indian Trail Improvement District Residents to apply for road surface upgrades on “Local Service Roads” (no more than ½ mile in length).

III. ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS Additional considerations include the following: The District shall consider no more than five (5) petitions for paving with a Fiscal Year. This limitation was imposed based on current Staffing and workload considerations. Additionally, petitions may not be considered until the following Fiscal Year due to work schedules.
